Brief
A personal question: how much of a poster can be left to a set of simple rules, and how much still needs a hand?
Approach
I wrote a short script that bends one line again and again, then plotted the results in black ink on heavy cotton paper. Each sheet took about an hour on the plotter.
Result
The series of twelve drawings was shown in a small studio exhibition. Three of them became the backgrounds for a client’s concert posters.
