Brief
A neighbourhood bakery wanted packaging that felt as hand-made as its bread, without looking old-fashioned.
Approach
I cut linocuts of bread, flour, wheat and the oven, and printed them in one deep blue ink on kraft paper. The same blocks print the bags, the boxes and the menu boards.
Result
The bags became so popular that the bakery now sells them on their own. Regulars collect the different prints.
